Our QMS provides a framework for Dukal to translate efforts into strategic, business, and financial outcomes. It maximizes our potential and reduces redundancies and inefficiencies in our processes.
Having a robust and effective quality management system can boil down to the integration of our processes across departments and locations. However, we must also acknowledge that our QMS cannot function as intended without the experience, knowledge, and continual diligence of our QA and RA teams, with support from upper
management and the organization as a whole.
At Dukal, we take pride in our training program
We constantly challenge ourselves to fulfill requirements and exceed expectations through initial onboarding, annual training, and new quality awareness training. In addition, we impart this knowledge and understanding to our customers, as we define their success and compliance as our own.
Our training initiatives evolve annually as we gather regulatory intelligence on the constantly changing regulatory landscape for the devices, drugs, and products we sell within the growing number of markets and territories we service. Dukal understands this does not just start and end at the QA/RA level. A certain level of quality and regulatory understanding is continuously emphasized throughout the organization.
We determine what special training is required and what level of experience and skills are critical to performing a specific process well. Mandatory and voluntary training, certifications, webinar attendance, etc., add to our day-to-day understanding of regulations and client needs.
This assists us with our current portfolio and prepares us for new product launches. This can include new types of testing, process validations, and strong partnerships with new or existing factories.
Extensive supplier management controls
Long-standing business relationships, along with extensive supplier management controls (i.e., documentation, auditing, routine evaluations), have improved the quality and reliability of oursuppliers’ products and services to Dukal. This is supported by the coordinated efforts between the NY and Shanghai offices to assess and enhance our supplier partnerships.
The integrity of our Quality Management System is a direct reflection of all the hard work and dedication from each and every employee. Our continual efforts to improve our QMS help us build trusted partnerships with our customers, suppliers, and the industry.
