DUKAL Corporation to purchase the First Aid Division of Derma Sciences, Inc.

(RONKONKOMA, NY) – DUKAL Corporation, a leading provider of medical, dental, veterinary and spa supplies, announces the signing of a definitive agreement to purchase the First Aid Division (FAD) of Derma Sciences, Inc. 

Under the agreement, DUKAL will purchase the first aid products division of Derma Sciences inclusive of their inventory and operations of the distribution facility in Houston, giving DUKAL 3 distribution centers across the U.S.  The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions including receipt of necessary consents and is expected to close within two weeks.
